Corporate Brands

Our Base Service Rate starts Php 120,000 with guests less than 50 pax, inclusive of the following service below: 

Creative Marketing Activation 

  • To suggest creative strategy on the best way to market the campaign of the brand 
  • To spearhead and lead implementation of the plan with alignment and consultation with marketing team or whoever is representing this project from client 

Event Planning and Coordination 

  • To provide creative input in the development of the event 
  • To suggest suppliers depending on need of the project 
  • To handle payment requirements 
  • To proactively handle and resolve any issues which may arise and troubleshoot any emerging problems during the set up of the event 
  • Scout and recommend suppliers suitable for the concept of the event as requested or needed 
  • Coordinates with all chosen suppliers 
  • Consolidates all details of suppliers 
  • To manage and utilize budget allotted for this project 
  • Monitors and disperses payments to suppliers 
  • Recommend suitable venue layout in coordination with stylists and all other suppliers 
  • Prepares needed permits as required by the venue 
  • Design, plan and manage program flow 
  • Monitor and or disperse payment to suppliers 

Program Management 

  • Program Flow Arrangement 
  • Program Execution and Management 
  • Coordination with Host and Technicalities 
  • Visual layout based on Key Visuals 
  • Event Director and Staff 

Terms & Conditions 

At least 3 months of planning is required before the event date. If planning will be less than 3 months, an additional 20% of the budget will be added and will be charged as rush planning 

  • For PR management service can be requested and we work with a separate team for this 
  • We would need a deck with details of the activation for us to provide service cost of the project and for us to know the extent of the service needed from us 
  • We would require a signed contract to start the planning with 50% of the service or the total budget of the project 
  • "Pencil bookings" are considered to be tentative and may be overridden in the event that another client has submitted the requirements 
  • Two sets of decent crew meals should be provided. Either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner depending on the ingress and egress. 
  • In the event of cancellation of the event for whatever reason the 50% amount is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible but is subject to availability and should be scheduled within a year. 
  • Out of town fee is additional and may vary depending on the area. We require that there should be at least 1 ocular visit a month before the event and that we need to arrive at least a day before the event. 

If venue will only be accessible thru airplane and if oversees venue. Airfare,Meals, transportation and at least 3 star hotel accommodation for the whole duration of the stay and during ocular will be covered by the client on top of our out of town fees. We also require that there should be at least 1 ocular visit a month before the event and that we need to arrive at least a day before the event.
