Private Parties

Planning a creative private party can be both exciting and overwhelming. To ensure that the party is efficient, fun, and organized, We will start by setting a clear objective for the event. We will help develop a theme that will excite and engage your guests. Create a timeline and checklist to stay organized throughout the planning process and enhance the theme of your party. Finally, add unique and personal touch to make the event memorable and enjoyable for everyone involved. 

Our Base Service Rate starts Php 45,000 with guests less than 100 pax, inclusive of the following service below: 

Pre-Event Planning 

Lead in conceptualizing overall theme, feel of the event and suggest activities based on preference of client 

Scout and recommend stylists and other suitable suppliers as requested or needed 

  • Coordination with all chosen suppliers 
  • Consolidates all details of suppliers 
  • Monitors and disperses payments to suppliers 
  • Recommend suitable venue layout in coordination with stylists and all other suppliers 
  • Prepares needed permits as required by the venue 
  • Design, plan and manage program flow 
  • Monitor and or disperse payment to suppliers 

Day of the Event 

  • Over all point person of the event 
  • Monitor event Ingress and Egress 
  • Coordination with all suppliers involved in the event including 
  • Manage arrival of guests and receive the gifts 
  • Direct and assure smooth flow of the guests and the program Ensure all details and agreements of suppliers are delivered 
  • Resolve any issues that may arise 

Run thru the presentation and all other details of the programs 

  • Manage the crew meals for suppliers 
  • Event Manpower: 8 Team Members 

Post Event 

  • Turnover of gifts, cake and other items to client 
  • Follow Up with Photographer and Videographer on the output 

Terms & Conditions  

  • Additional fees are added depending on the event type and how extensive the event will be 
  • We just need 1 -2 meetings to plan your event and will just communicate thru viber or whats app 
  • For guests with more than 100 pax, additional Php 10,000 for every increase in capacity per 50 pax increments 
  • Additional Php 20,000 on the base fee if we are asked to scout and present venue options 
  • "Pencil bookings" are considered to be tentative and may be overridden in the event that another client has submitted the requirements 
  • Two sets of decent crew meals should be provided. Either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner depending on the ingress and egress. 
  • In the event of cancellation of the event for whatever reason the 50% amount is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible but is subject to availability and should be scheduled within a year. 
  • Out of town fee is additional and may vary depending on the area. We require that there should be at least 1 ocular visit a month before the event and that we need to arrive at least a day before the event. 
  • If venue will only be accessible thru airplane and if oversees venue. Airfare, Meals, transportation and at least 3 star hotel accommodation for the whole duration of the stay and during ocular will be covered by the client on top of our out of town fees. We also require that there should be at least 1 ocular visit a month before the event and that we need to arrive at least a day before the event. 
  • All remaining balances should be settled and turned over, at least 3 business days before the event. If payments to suppliers have been made, we would need a copy of all deposit slips but for better monitoring, we would request for the total amount to be settled thru us and we will be the one to disperse to suppliers.
